Physical, outdoor work. Heat, cold, heavy materials. You've got to want it.
Valid license. Drug-free workplace. Pass a background check. Show up ready.
Your entry into the trades. We train the right person — no experience required. You'll learn real skills across mowing, hardscape, drainage, and planting in a single season.
Run a job site from start to finish. You've got 3+ years of hardscape or construction experience, can read a plan, manage a 2–3 person crew, and communicate with clients. You own the outcome.

For crew who finish the season strong. Reliability and attendance are rewarded directly.
Crew member ($17–$20) → experienced installer ($24–$28) → foreman ($28–$34 + bonus). We promote from within.

Meet at the shop in Uniontown. Quick morning huddle — what's on deck today, where are we headed, who's doing what. Load trucks and trailers, and hit the road to the first job.
Full-day install work — layout, excavation, base prep, paver set, drainage, planting, whatever the job calls for. Real work with real results. Most jobs are within 30–45 minutes of the shop.
Finish up cleanly — rake down, sweep, walk-through with the client. Back to the shop to unload, wash equipment, and prep for tomorrow. Typical days run 8–10 hours depending on job and weather.
