Step 2: Professional On-Site Consultation ($100)
Site Evaluation & Engineering Review
When an on-site visit is needed, we provide a deep-dive evaluation of your property. The $100 consultation fee covers up to one hour on-site and is credited 100% toward your project invoice if you move forward with us.
- Technical Measurements: We evaluate grading, drainage indicators, access points, and property constraints.
- Material & Scope Discussion: An in-person review of materials, project direction, and budget.
- Immediate Pricing: We typically provide a final project price during the visit or the same day.
- Secure Your Date: Projects are placed on the schedule with a 50% deposit.
Optional 3D Design Services (Starting at $500)
Visualize Before You Build
For complex concepts or multi-phase projects, a formal design allows you to "walk through" the space before construction begins. Design fees are credited back to your project for all installations over $10,000.
- 3D Visualizations: See exactly how your patio, wall, or drainage system will look and function.
- 2D Technical Layouts: Precise blueprints for grading and structural placements.
- Delivery: Designs typically take 2–4 weeks to complete and are yours to keep.

$700 Minimum Project Size: Most installation services have a minimum project size of $700. This ensures we can provide the necessary mobilization and quality materials for every job.
Core Service Area: We primarily serve Stark, Summit, and Portage Counties, including Uniontown, Akron, Canton, Green, and North Canton.
Hands-On Oversight: As a hands-on owner, I am your direct point of contact from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
